INDIAN CHICK PEAS

1 15 oz can chick peas
2 cans chopped tomatoes with jalapanos
1 onion
1 eggplant
olive oil

curry
turmeric
cinnamin
garam marsala


Cook onion in olive oil with spices
add eggplant and chick peas
stir a few minutes
add tomatoes and cover

cook till eggplant is soft

can serve with chopped cilantro
